Bucharest Model NATO Conference: “For four days, you are going to try and solve the problems that the world is currently facing”.
The conference (January 18 to 21, 2018) is a simulation of the proceedings of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, offering students the opportunity to study the roles and activities of NATO. The format envisions a participant as a delegate, a representative of an assigned NATO member state. During the entire conference, you will speak in the best interest of the nation you are representing, trying to form collaborations and think moves while maintaining worldwide peace. The agenda that contains the topics of each committee is announced prior to the registration, so you have enough time to research the present state of affairs from all possible perspectives of the assigned country.
We are pleased to announce that for this edition two officials from NATO will join us as speakers during the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
If you are interested in current political, economical and military issues or just enjoy debating this is a great opportunity for you!
